The Board of Education of Lenoir County Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the repair or partial replacement of the fire alarm infrastructure at North Lenoir High School. The intent of this project is to bring the fire alarm system into compliance with applicable codes and regulations while utilizing all currently available, functional resources where possible.

Ginger J. Taylor, beloved mother, grandmother, nurse, and woman of steadfast faith, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro, NC, after a courageous eight-year battle with cancer. The closest I have come is through several photos of him – one that stands constant guard in our living room.
