The driver failed to stop and fled from officers, initiating a vehicle pursuit.
On May 18, 2025, at approximately 5:41 PM, officers from the Kinston Police Department’s D-Squad responded to a 911 call regarding a report of indecency at the Circle K located at 509 E. New Bern Road.
On May 17, 2025, at approximately 5:20 p.m., officers with the Kinston Police Department’s D-Squad conducted a traffic stop on Cunningham Road for motor vehicle violations. During the stop, officers observed indicators of narcotics activity inside the vehicle.
