La Grange sex offender arrested for failing to report address
A registered sex offender from La Grange was arrested Tuesday for failing to notify officials of moving to a new address.
Shelton Waters, 46, was arrested by N.C. Probation and Parole following an investigation by detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office’s General Investigation Division that started on Monday.
Waters was transported to the Lenoir County Jail, where he received a $35,000 secured bond.
