Narcotics unit apprehends La Grange man for cocaine trafficking

A La Grange man was arrested on 16 cocaine charges.

Detectives with the narcotics unit of the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office arrested Deon Ferris Gardner, 54, of La Grange. He was charged with:

·      Four counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver cocaine

·      Four counts of conspiring to sell and/or deliver cocaine

·      Four counts of selling and/or delivering cocaine

·      Three counts of trafficking cocaine

·      One count of conspiring to traffic in cocaine

Gardner was placed in the Lenoir County Jail under a secured bond.
