Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest in Stolen Vehicle Case
On February 10, 2026, KPD’s A-Squad officers received information regarding a vehicle reported stolen out of Virginia.
Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on North Heritage Street near Capitola Avenue. The driver, 34 year old Jessie Flores of Manassas, Virginia, was taken into custody without incident.
Flores was wanted out of Virginia for the larceny of the vehicle. In addition, officers charged her locally with Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.
She is currently being held in the Lenoir County Jail without bond.
