Arrest Made Following Vehicle Break-Ins on Highway 258 South

On February 10, 2026, KPD’s A-Squad officers responded to 1344 Highway 258 South in reference to a larceny from a motor vehicle. The caller provided a description of the suspect, including clothing information.

Officers immediately canvassed the area and located 46-year-old Eldon Graham, who was found in possession of stolen property.

During the course of the investigation, Graham admitted to taking items from an additional vehicle in the area. He was taken into custody without incident. A search incident to arrest resulted in the discovery of narcotics on his person.

Graham was transported to the Lenoir County Jail and placed under a secured bond for the following charges:

• Felony Breaking and Entering, 2 counts

• Misdemeanor Larceny, 2 counts

• Felony Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance

• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
