Detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office SCARR (Street Crimes and Rapid Response) unit were conducting proactive enforcement in the Pauls Path Road area of Kinston on Wednesday following resident complaints.

We will be closing our restaurant on Saturday, December 30, 2023 for a major remodel project. This remodel will increase our kitchen size and capacity, provide a covered double lane drive thru around the building, increase our interior drive thru service area and expand our indoor dining area. Kathleen Ward Spence, 72, of Kinston, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at UNC Lenoir Healthcare. The family will receive friends at Edwards Funeral Home from 5 - 7pm on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
