Six Arrested Following Multiple Burglaries in Mitchell Wooten
Officers with the Kinston Police Department's A-Squad responded to Mitchell Wooten Apartments in reference to an active breaking and entering. With assistance from the KPD Crime Lab and Investigations Division, officers quickly identified, detained, and ultimately arrested several individuals involved in the incident.
A short time later, officers located and took an additional suspect into custody in connection with the investigation.
At approximately 6:34 p.m., officers responded to another breaking and entering involving an apartment connected to the same building as the original incident. Members of KPD's C-Squad arrived on scene and apprehended an additional suspect without incident.
The following individuals were arrested and transported to the Lenoir County Jail:
