The Town of Pink Hill confirmed its leadership changes with the swearing in of Mike Horne as mayor and Michael Whitfield as commissioner. Both were sworn in by former Superior Court Clerk Dawn Stroud at Tuesday night’s meeting in Pink Hill.

Harvette Hope Byrd Poole, 58, of LaGrange, passed away on December 10, 2023. Funeral services will be held at Westminster United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. on Thursday December 14, 2023, with Pastor Dennis Peay officiating.
