ADVERTISEMENT FOR RE-BIDS

SITE REDEVELOPMENT

KINSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY

Sealed re-bid proposals will be received by the KINSTON HOUSING AUTHORITY for the SIMON BRIGHT SITE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AT NC 004-1 until 3:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2023, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the Site Redevelopment Project. Scope of work will consist of, but is not limited to, the following:

• Site Improvements

• All other work on plans, in project manual and as required by codes

The Pre-Bid Meeting has already been held; attendance was not mandatory. A Second Pre-Bid Conference is not scheduled.

All contractors are hereby notified that they must have proper license under the State laws governing their respective trades, whether or not Federal Funding is involved.

Contractors will be responsible to ensure that economic opportunities, to the greatest extent feasible follow Section 3 Requirements 24 CFR Part 135.1 and Section 3 Clause 24 CFR Part 135.38.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
