Notice is hereby given that the Town of La Grange has received an offer to purchase the following property: Property: Town-owned real property located at 313 S. Caswell Street, La Grange, NC, identified as Parcel #15109. The property is approximately 0.74 acres and is currently zoned R-18 Residential. Offer: An offer of $10,000.00 has been received and accepted conditionally by the Town, subject to the upset-bid process under N.C. General Statute § 160A-269.
The Town of La Grange is pleased to announce the appointment of Christopher Seaberg as its new Assistant Town Manager. Mr. Seaberg, a highly accomplished public administrator and urban planner, will officially begin his service with the Town on March 26, 2025.
