Wednesday afternoon, the NC Senate approved Senate Bill 382. The bill provides the North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) with an additional $50M along with directing NCORR to sign the subrecipient agreements to proceed with the projects it obligated in Round 3 of the Affordable Housing Development Fund by December 31, 2024.

Wooten, a respected construction company, for the most prominent street resurfacing project in the town’s history since the 1960s. Maysville – The State of North Carolina just announced that the Town of Maysville was awarded two grants from the North Carolina Rural Transformation Grant Fund that will help bring economic development to the town’s Main Street. The first grant is for $850,000 from the Downtown Revitalization category, and the second grant is for $ 49,999 from the Rural Community Capacity (RC2) category.
