Evelyn Dove Coleman: About Jimmy Tull Hill

I want to share with you a column written some time back because the person I wrote about was just funeralized on August 8th at Sharon Church in Kinston. The late Jimmy Tull Hill was truly a great man.  As well-educated and successful in business as he was, he was still kind to all. He wasn't haughty or highfalutin as some people are. He took time to know people and to show concern about their lives.

From now on, let's all try to do a little more telling people how well we think of them while we can.

One line I wrote about Jimmy while he could read it is: In his very conversation, he is repeating the scriptures.  It might go something like, "You know Evelyn. like it says in Psalm 23, verse 2, he leads me beside still waters. And I have peace."
