Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Welcomes Newest K-9 Deputy “Rocky”

The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office is proud to welcome its newest member, K-9 Deputy Rocky, a 1½-year-old Bloodhound who was generously donated by East Coast Canine Inc. Rocky’s training was also donated, resulting in no cost to Lenoir County or its taxpayers.

Sheriff Jackie Rogers extends his sincere appreciation to East Coast Canine Inc. instructors Tim Braddy and Tyler Hayes for their exceptional training and for their generous donation of Rocky to the Sheriff’s Office.

Rocky will serve as a Human Tracking K-9 and will work alongside his handler, Deputy Brad Kordulewski, assisting the Lenoir County Search and Rescue Team in locating lost, missing, and endangered persons. His specialized tracking abilities will be a tremendous asset to the Sheriff’s Office and the citizens of Lenoir County.

The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office is grateful for the continued support of community partners like East Coast Canine Inc., whose generosity enhances public safety and strengthens the services provided to our community.
