Meet More of the Talented Cast Behind LCCFPA's Footloose

Lenoir Community College invites audiences to experience the high-energy excitement of Footloose: The Musical! Featuring a talented cast whose humor, enthusiasm, and heart bring this beloved retro musical to life, the production celebrates friendship, determination, and the power of community in the small town of Bomont.
The show, directed by Lenoir Community College’s Jessica Cruz, will take place July 17-19 and July 24-26, 2026, at LCC in the Briley Auditorium on the Turner Stage. This production is part of the LCC Foundation Performing Arts Series. Tickets are available now at www.lenoircc.edu/lccfpa. Ticket prices: accessible seating $15.00, orchestra seating $20.00, standard seating $15.00, and student standard seating (ages 4–17; 18+ student ID required) $10.00.
Meet a few of the talented cast members who showcase what community means in Bomont.
Lyndon Fuller makes his debut with LCCFPA as Wes Warnicker, capturing the character's loyalty and devotion to traditions. A native to Kinston, Fuller has been acting since 1968 and is a proud father to three children.
Tracey Langston is performing as Lulu Warnicker, embracing the character’s supportive and outspoken personality. A lifelong supporter of the arts, Langston stepped away from performing to encourage her daughter's artistic journey and is now thrilled to return to the stage.
William Sutton takes on the role of Chuck Cranston, bringing the character's rebellious spirit and bad-boy edge to life. Sutton has performed throughout Lenoir County for more than a decade, and he also directs and choreographs stage combat.
Philip Jefferson makes his LCCFPA debut as Travis, bringing the character's tough but loyal personality to the stage. Jefferson is a recent graduate of North Lenoir High School and Lenoir Community College. Most recently seen with North Lenoir’s Drama Department as Curly in Oklahoma, he has enjoyed performing for years.
Jack Rooney takes to the stage as Lyle with dedication and loyalty. Rooney has been in numerous LCCFPA productions, most recently seen as Herr Zeller in The Sound Of Music and Tsar Nicholas in Anastasia.
Alex Suggs plays Bickle, showcasing the character’s supportive nature and playful personality. No stranger to Turner Stage, Suggs previously appeared as Friedrich von Trapp in The Sound of Music and has also performed in Broadway Unleashed, Hello, Dolly!, and Anastasia.
Turner White portrays Jeter with loyalty and a fun-loving nature. A nursing student at the University of Mount Olive, White was last seen performing with LCCFPA in the musical Anastasia.
Meloni Wray shows feistiness and humor as she steps into the role of Betty Blast. Originally from Shelby and now residing in New Bern, Wray enjoys both creating memorable characters and working behind the scenes as a producer.
Josh Litscher portrays Cowboy Bob with swagger and country charm. Previously seen on the Turner Stage as Dewey Finn in LCCFPA’s production of School of Rock, Litscher is excited to be back, this time with a pair of cowboy boots.
