Shelton Carter takes the stage as Ren McCormack, stepping into his dream role with enthusiasm, charisma, and boundless energy. Carter returns for his second LCC Foundation Performing Arts production after appearing as Cornelius Hackl in Hello, Dolly!. His regional theatre credits also include Bert in Mary Poppins and Dance Captain for The Bridges of Madison County.
Anna Hull brings energy, charm, and quick wit to the role of Ariel Moore. No stranger to the stage, Anna previously captivated audiences as Maria Rainer in the LCCFPA production of The Sound of Music. She also delighted audiences as Sandy in NBCT’s Grease, and LCCFPA’s Anastasia and School of Rock.
Allison Manning brings infectious fun, warmth, and heart to the role of Urleen. A rising senior at East Carolina University, this marks her third production with LCCFPA, following Matilda and The Sound of Music. She has also performed with NLHS Drama and is grateful to be able to continue to pursue her passion for theatre.
Alyssa Bayless combines a powerful voice with impeccable comedic timing to bring Wendy Jo to life. A familiar face on the LCCFPA stage, Bayless has appeared in numerous productions and is a dedicated supporter of the theatre. When she's not performing, she enjoys listening to audiobooks and traveling with her family.
Anna Marshburn brings spirited charm, comedic flair, and fearless confidence to the role of Rusty. Most recently seen as Jo in Jagged Little Pill at New Bern Civic Theatre, Marshburn previously appeared as Woman 2 in Songs for a New World at LCCFPA. A Lenoir County native and North Lenoir High School alum, she is thrilled to return to the Turner Stage.
Parker Ball steps into the role of Willard Hewitt with country charm, infectious humor, and a big smile. A student at East Carolina University pursuing a degree in Music Education, Ball is passionate about music and the performing arts. He is also active in the North Lenoir Drama Department, and Footloose marks his third production with LCCFPA.
