NWS: Dangerous heat expected through July 4th

NWS: Dangerous heat expected through July 4th

Primary Threats: Minimum heat indices of 105 each afternoon, with values in excess of 110 degrees possible on Monday.

Timing: Around 10 AM to 8 PM each day, starting tomorrow and extending into Wednesday.

The intense heat and humidity will significantly increase the potential for heat related illnesses, particularly for those working or participating in outdoor activities. We've attached a flyer on heat safety advertising several helpful tips to effectively combat these conditions.
