On August 24, 2020, Officers with the Kinston Police Department arrested Spencer Lee Alexander regarding arrest warrants stemming from 3 counts of Felony Indecent Exposure.

The incident occurred on August 17, 2020, in the Briarfield Road area.

Alexander has been placed in the Lenoir County Detention Center.
