NWS: Marginal threat of severe weather on Thursday

According to the National Weather Service in Newport-Morehead City, “There is a Marginal Threat of Severe Weather across eastern NC on Thursday. Timing will be in the morning across the Coastal Plains, and afternoon into early evening near the Coast. Strong gusty winds, heavy rain and isolated tornadoes are possible.”
