The following restaurant inspections were conducted by the Lenoir County Health Department:

Observations:
Employee observed washing hands very quickly - must be washed for at least 20 seconds
Some food was uncovered in reach-in cooler
Dish machine as not sanitizing properly
Food in prep unit was 50F; unit was turned off for cleaning; food was discarded
Gasket on walk-in door and floor covering in walk-in is in disrepair
Shelving, carts, coffee mug trays, counter tops and grill area needs additional cleaning - repeat violation
