A Graveside service will be held on Monday, July 24, 2023, at 10:00 am at Princeton Cemetery with Pastor Stanley Buck, Dr. Charles Russell and Reverend Larry Carter officiating.

Virginia “Boot” Harris Spence, 88, of Kinston, went home to Jesus peacefully at home on Saturday, July 1, 2023 with her family by her side after months of declining health. The family will receive friends at Teahan Funeral Home on Wednesday, June 28th at 10 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 11 a.m. A private burial will take place at Hala Cemetery in Amana, Iowa at a later time.
