Obituary - Marianna D. Hill
Dover - Marianna D. Hill, 95, passed away at Crystal Coast Hospice House in Newport on Thursday, May 11, 2023. The funeral service will be conducted Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 11am at Lane’s Chapel Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

David Lee Mooring, 66, of Kinston passed away on Friday, March 31, 2023 at UNC Lenoir Health Care. Funeral will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at North Lenoir High School Auditorium with Bishop Jeff Howard officiating. Visitation will follow the funeral. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 7, 2023 at Westview Cemetery.

Stanley Floyd Roberson Jr., 82, went to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at UNC Lenoir Health Care surrounded by his devoted wife, daughters and family. isitation will be held on Thursday, December 2 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Armenia Christian Church in Kinston with a reception following. The funeral will be held on Friday, December 3 at 1:00 pm at Armenia Christian Church followed by the burial at West View Cemetery with military honors. The family asks that you please wear a mask.
Mary Dell Sutton Rhodes, 87, began rest in her eternal home on Sunday, August 8, 2021. A service to remember and honor Mary Dell’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Rouse Funeral Home with Rev. Allen Bingham officiating. Committal will follow in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive. The family will receive friends at Rouse Funeral Home one hour prior to the service.
