Down East Wood Ducks host Kinston-Lenoir Battle of the Badges softball game

The Down East Wood Ducks will host this year’s Kinston-Lenoir Battle of the Badges on August 19th-20th, 2023. This two-day softball tournament will be held at Historic Grainger Stadium beginning at 8 am on Saturday. Tickets for the event are $10 per person or $15 for both days, you can also reserve a box seat for $50 for the entire two-day event. There will be concessions, half-half tickets, and Kinston-Lenoir Battle of the Badges apparel for purchase. Proceeds from the event will go to support two local families in their time of need.
