Narcotics Investigation Leads to Arrest of Lenoir County Man
The Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 46-year-old Lenoir County man following a joint narcotics investigation into the distribution of illegal controlled substances.
On March 10, 2026, Terrale Tarvone Moore, 46, of Lenoir County, was served with an outstanding warrant for his arrest by the Greenville Police Department. The arrest stemmed from an ongoing narcotics investigation into the distribution of illegal controlled substances throughout Lenoir County.
The investigation into Moore was a joint effort between the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the Kinston Police Department VCAT Unit.
Moore is currently on federal probation after previously being federally convicted of narcotics-related offenses.
As a result of the investigation, Moore was charged with the following offenses:
Sell Cocaine
Deliver Cocaine
Following his arrest, Moore was transported to the Pitt County Magistrate’s Office, where he received a $40,000 secured bond.
