Narcotics Investigation Leads to Arrest of Pitt County Woman
On March 21, 2026, a 33-year-old Pitt County woman was arrested following a narcotics investigation into the distribution of illegal controlled substances throughout Lenoir County.
Ashley Bowen, 33, was served with an outstanding warrant for her arrest as a result of the investigation. The case was a joint effort between the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit and the Kinston Police Department’s VCAT Unit.
Bowen has been charged with the following offenses:
Sell Methamphetamine
Deliver Methamphetamine
Possession With Intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver (PWIMSD) Methamphetamine
Bowen is currently being held at the Lenoir County Jail under a $150,000 secured bond.
