GOECO Inc was originally founded in 1976, Goldsboro Office Equipment Company, in Goldsboro, NC as a typewriter repair company. Today we manage hundreds of client's technology on a day-to-day basis ranging from products such as: desktop computers, laptops, phones and phone systems, desktop printers, multifunction copiers and many more products that represent the most basic technology for every business across the nation. We are a Technology Service Provider. We have experienced rapid growth in the past 6 years and we are looking to grow our Sales Team.

Average pay of approximately $65,000-$85,000 with the potential to make more; this includes base salary, commission, incentives and bonuses.

Purpose: This is a 12-month Training Program. If all requirements are met by the end of 12 months, you would advance into our Sales Representative Program and become eligible for significant Training Completion Bonus. The Sales Representative Trainee will serve as our company's primary point of contact with new clients. Your goal is to build strong relationships with new customers and generate repeat business. The Sales Manager will provide opportunities for you to learn and develop key skills so you can identify business opportunities, find potential customers, research, and analyze sales options with confidence. Working closely with other departments, this role is responsible for ensuring that the customer experience is seamless and that realistic expectations are set from the start.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintaining and developing relationships with New Clients.
Managing new Client’s requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities.
To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling
To achieve a minimum number of Scope of Work (S0P) per week to ensure an effectively managed customer base
Setting up appointments and visiting potential customers for new business
Representing GOECO at trade exhibitions, Ribbon Cuttings, Community Events and demonstrations
Through training and learning provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to clients
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
To take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed Sales Quota’s and objectives set within the department.
To proactively identify and assist the Sales Manager and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner
To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organizational trust.
To undertake any other duties as requested by the Sales Manager in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.
