Midway Mart No. 2 opens in Deep Run

A new convenience store is now open in Deep Run.

Midway Mart #2 officially opened at 3555 N.C. Highway 11 South, offering fuel, snacks, drinks, coffee, and everyday convenience items to residents and travelers passing between Kinston and Pink Hill.

The store is owned by the Smith family, who opened the second Midway Mart location to serve the Deep Run community. While the store’s grill is not yet open, plans are in place for it to begin operating at a later date.
