Kinston Police seek suspects in early-morning tire theft at Deacon Jones

Kinston police are asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects accused of stealing wheels and tires from a vehicle at a local dealership early Tuesday morning.

According to the Kinston Police Department, the theft occurred between 4:30 a.m. and 5:15 a.m. at Deacon Jones, where two men removed four wheels and tires from a 2022 Jeep Wrangler. Surveillance images of the suspect vehicle were provided to investigators.

Anyone who recognizes the vehicle or has information about the individuals involved is encouraged to contact law enforcement.
