LCSO, KPD arrest three men in cocaine distribution investigation
Three Lenoir County men were arrested earlier this week on a plethora of cocaine charges.
On Wednesday, the Lenoir County Sheriffโs Office narcotics unit concluded a months-long narcotics investigation into the distribution of cocaine throughout the county.
With the assistance of the LCSO Special Response Team, the Kinston Police Departmentโs Violent Crime Action Team and Special Weapons and Tactics Team, the following suspects were arrested and search warrants were executed in the Dawson Station Road area of Kinston.
At the conclusion of the investigation, a total of 918 grams of cocaine were seized.
The charges were:
TERRANCE EUGENE SUTTON, 53, OF KINSTON
ยท Four counts of selling/delivering cocaine
ยท Four counts of conspiring to sell cocaine
ยท Four counts of trafficking cocaine
ยท Conspiring to traffic cocaine
ยท Six counts of maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance
ยท Four counts of possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine
RAMIRO GARCIA ALONSO, 44, OF LA GRANGE
ยท Three counts of trafficking cocaine
ยท Three counts of conspiracy to traffic cocaine
CASIMIRO SANCHEZ PINEDA, 52, OF LA GRANGE
ยท Three counts of trafficking cocaine
ยท Three counts of conspiracy to traffic cocaine
Sutton, Alonso and Pineda were placed in the Lenoir County Jail with secured bonds.
