Greene Central High School to receive Mr. Holland's Opus Foundations grant

The Greene Central High School Band has been selected by The Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation to receive new instruments. These new instruments include tubas, euphoniums, French horns, tenor saxophones, alto saxophones, trumpet, trombones, and a bass drum. The total retail value of this donation is over $40,000.

The Greene Central Band announced this news on their Facebook page. “We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to The Mr. Holland's Opus Foundation for supporting our music programs and students in Greene County Schools!”
