lots of bottled preserves, salad dressings & marinades also, from Florida, tomatoes, watermelon, cantaloupe & sweet corn

TC Smith Produce ... more delicious cucumbers, strawberries, Ivanhoenblueberries, zucchini, red potatoes, onions, sharp head cabbage, greens & collards. squash & an abundance of preserved fruits and veggies And from Florida...tomatoes, long green cucumbers, vidalia onions.

Andria Mocek ... a delightful assortment of crochered items both whimsical & useful

TJ Designs ... so many craft items, signs, block lights & many more expressions of Teri's ideas

ENC Honey ... all kinds of seasonal honey from local beekeepers

Rodney Jarman ... the pork skins, pork rinds, fried peanuts

Holy Granola ... all natural treat that can be used as a topping for yogurt or ice cream, can be added to oatmeal, sprinkled on fruit or just eaten by the handful as a snack.

Cotton Blossom Bakery ... all kinds of sweet temptations, , including cupcakes

Family Craziness ...
an eclectic collection of gifts and treats...candies, sugar free caramel balls. homemade biscuits... anything that strikes their fancy during the week.

Nutrition Corner will be back at the market this coming Tuesday offering suggestions on how to make your water more interesting and tasty.

As our guests this Saturday, we will welcome Pat Walston and her students from the Culinary Arts Department at LCC . They will be looking the market over in order to make plans for future food preparation demos this summer.
