Lenoir County announces three deaths related to COVID-19

KINSTON — The Lenoir County Health Department is reporting three deaths in the county of residents who had tested positive for COVID-19. This brings the total number in Lenoir County to 57. The patients were older than 65 with underlying health conditions.

To protect the families’ privacy, no further information will be released.

“What a tragedy for these residents, their families and the community,” Lenoir County Health Department Director Pamela Brown said. “My condolences to all who have been impacted in this way by this disease.”
