Winterville – Morris W. Luckett, 79, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11 am in Ayden Christian Church. The family will receive friends following the service.
High-speed chase ends in Goldsboro with three suspects arrested
A car chase that started in Lenoir County resulted in the arrest of three suspects after they crashed their vehicle in Wayne County when they attempted to take an exit at more than 100 miles per hour.
