LCSO arrest two on multiple drug charges
Candace Coston and Mark Mann received several drug charges after detectives from the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit made contact with the pair at Bright House Mart and Grill on N.C. 55.

The Kinston Police Department released the victim’s name from the murder on Saturday.
KPD investigating theft of wallet at LCC
KPD is currently investigating a theft of a wallet that occurred at Lenoir Community College today. A bank card from the wallet was used a short time later at Walmart.

The state’s seasonally adjusted January 2023 unemployment rate was 3.8 percent, unchanged from December’s revised rate. The national rate decreased 0.1 of a percentage point to 3.4 percent.
