According to the Greene County Sheriff's Office, this morning around 7:15am SRO Deputy Frushica Best was involved in a vehicle accident. The accident occurred on Highway 258 N between Newell Road and 903 North.

Unemployment rates (not seasonally adjusted) increased in 98 of North Carolina’s counties in August and remained unchanged in two. Edgecombe County had the highest unemployment rate at 7.9 percent while Buncombe, Swain, and Chatham Counties each had the lowest at 3.1 percent. All fifteen of the state’s metro areas experienced rate increases.

You must include which category you are entering with your name and number and a full description of the recipe. There are monetary prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd and the overall winner. The suspect has been identified as Terris Terrell Turnage, 43, of Kinston N.C. Investigators were able to obtain warrants on Turnage for Attempted Murder and he remains at large. Turnage should be considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Kinston Police Department.
