RALEIGH: Governor Roy Cooper announced today that North Carolina’s indoor mass gathering limit will be lowered to 10 people in an effort to drive down North Carolina’s key COVID-19 metrics. Executive Order 176 will go into effect on Friday, November 13 and will be in place through Friday, December 4.
The Lenoir County Health Department is reporting the 44th, 45th and 46th deaths in the county of residents who had tested positive for COVID-19. All three patients were older than 65 with underlying health conditions. To protect the families’ privacy, no further information will be released.

To protect privacy, no further information will be released.

Housing Opportunities and Prevention of Evictions (HOPE) Program, which will assist eligible low- and- moderate-income renters experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19.
