Tower 110 Event Venue owners revitalize historic building for community gatherings

Pink Hill - In the heart of Pink Hill, a new venue has emerged, breathing fresh life into a historic building. Cierra Dunham and her husband, Josh Dunham, the owners of Tower 110 Event Venue, located at 110 W Broadway Street, have transformed the space into a thriving hub for various events and celebrations.

The journey of Tower 110 Event Venue's inception began with the Dunhams' commitment to revitalizing the old building. Dunham shared, "We took all the plaster off the wall and exposed all the brick. We did the floors, they were just old and dirty and concrete." The dedication to preserving the building's history while modernizing its facilities is evident in every corner.

The couple's hands-on approach extends beyond the venue's physical aspects. "Josh and I, all of our businesses, we are very hands-on. We run. We bring our children that help us; we're very family-oriented," Dunham emphasized. The family's involvement in the business resonates with their community-oriented spirit.

Their vision for Tower 110 Event Venue was driven by a genuine need for a modern, welcoming space for events in Pink Hill. "There's nowhere to have an event here. You can rent space at the fire department. We just wanted something that was just a little nicer, to give people a place for their events," Dunham explained.

The venue's popularity has exceeded expectations, with bookings stretching well into the coming months. The Dunhams own three other businesses in Pink Hill. They own H&H Farm Supply, a storage facility, and a laundromat. The Dunhams also host community events to bring people together.

"Last year, we did a whole summer of outdoor movies,” said Dunham. “We’re hosting another movie night in conjunction with the Trunk orTreat on October 28th.”

Tower 110 Event Venue's impact extends beyond Pink Hill. Cierra noted, "Our goal is to help move Pink Hill forward and to see progress in these empty buildings. Something needed to be here."

For those interested in securing the venue for their own events, Dunham outlined the process: "They either call us, they can message us on Facebook, or they can go to our website."

The Tower 110 Venue team is readily accessible to those seeking to host memorable gatherings in this beautifully restored historic setting.
