The N. C. Department of Transportation’s Division of Aviation has awarded seven airports grants of up to $3,000 each to host aviation and aerospace-themed summer academies for elementary, middle and high school students.

On Thursday, August 5th the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) announced a State Economic Development Funds grant in the amount of $2,500,000.00 for the Kinston Regional Jetport in Kinston, NC.
