Lenoir Community College (LCC) and Elizabeth City State University (ECSU) have signed a bilateral agreement creating a seamless transfer pathway for graduates of LCC’s Associate in Applied Science in Criminal Justice Technology program to earn a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from ECSU.
