Request for Proposal for School Beverage Vending
It is the intent of Lenoir County Public Schools School Nutrition to work out a partnership/Contract with a qualified vendor(s) to supply safe, convenient beverage options for students, staff, and visitors throughout the day in our high schools following the Smart Snack guidelines.
Vendor(s) will be responsible for filling, repairing, and having complete liability of the vending machines along with collecting the money.
Vendor(s) will need to establish a commission based structure or percentage in the proposal.
Vendor(s) must be able to provide proof of liability insurance, background check clearances on all employees working on machines that would be entering in schools.
Proposals will be accepted until September 15,2026 at 4PM through email to Danelle Turner at danelle.turner@lenoir.k12.nc.us or on paper turned into the Lenoir County Board of Education at 2017 W Vernon Ave. Kinston, NC
