La Grange pauses utility disconnections during billing system upgrade

The Town of La Grange said no utility service disconnections will occur while the town completes upgrades to its payment and utility billing system.

According to the town, customers will be given sufficient time to make sure their accounts are properly paid after the upgrades are finished and before normal disconnection procedures resume.

Town officials said they appreciate residents’ patience while the system improvements are completed.
