U.S. Postal Service, or via special courier service attention Deborah Sutton, Senior VP Administrative Services\COO\CFO at 231 NC-58, KINSTON, NC 28504, Waller Bldg. 24 in the William I Herring Sr. Culinary Arts Dining Room 300 until, but no later than, 3:00 p.m.(EST) APRIL 27, 2026 and then publicly opened and read immediately thereafter.
