Mayor Moore issues an emergency declaration and curfew for Kinston residents

Due to the inclement weather system heading our way, Mayor Moore has issued a new Declaration of a State of Emergency, which includes a curfew.

According to Chief Jackson with Kinston Department of Fire and Rescue, this system can bring blizzard-like conditions. Click the link below to view the Declaration in full.
