Three Lenoir County educators honored with Buzzing Bee BT Award

Lenoir County’s Sigma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma recognized outstanding beginning teachers in their third year of teaching in May with the Buzzing Bee BT Award.

We are proud of them for having been chosen by their mentors. Each of these teachers exhibits the qualities of an exceptional educator. They each received a bag filled with a gift card, teaching supplies, as well as a certificate of recognition, and a brochure about Delta Kappa Gamma.

Nicole Roberson: Pre-K Teacher at Southeast Elementary

Cassie Wetherington: 2nd Grade at Moss Hill Elementary

Yolonda Titus: Family & Consumer Science Teacher and South Lenoir High School
