TBobStrong donates power chair in honor of Marine Veteran

TBobStrong, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting stroke survivors, donated a power chair to fellow nonprofit Salute on June 4 in honor of the late Christopher Vlasak. The donation was made to assist veterans and individuals facing mobility challenges.

The chair was presented by Raine Tyndall, director of TBobStrong, alongside Christopher’s widow, Sonya Vlasak.

TBobStrong was founded in honor of Tyndall’s son, Robert "T-Bob" Tyndall, who suffered a debilitating stroke in 2021. The organization provides adaptive equipment and recovery support to stroke survivors and their families.

“This donation is about more than a chair—it’s about restoring dignity and independence,” said Raine Tyndall. “We created TBobStrong because of my son’s journey, and we’re proud to help others navigate theirs.”
