Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Arrests Greene County Man for Methamphetamine Distribution
On October 2, 2025, Detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation into methamphetamine distribution in Lenoir County.
William Nicky Manning, 55, of Greene County, was arrested with assistance from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office. Manning is charged with two counts of Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine.
Manning was held without bond at the Lenoir County Jail due to being on pretrial release at the time of arrest.
Sheriff Jackie Rogers said, “This arrest is a direct result of targeted investigative work and strong partnerships with neighboring agencies. We will continue to pursue those who distribute illegal drugs in our community.”
