Kinston woman arrested and charged with drug violations
A Kinston woman has been arrested by the Lenoir County Sheriff Office and charged with several drug violations.
On June 19th, 2025 Detectives with the Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit concluded an investigation with into the distribution of narcotics throughout Lenoir County.
Detectives arrested Virginia Lee Stancill, 44 of Kinston at a residence located on Parker Fork Road in Kinston.
Stancill was charged with the following charges:
-Sell/Deliver SCH II Controlled Substance
-Possession with intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver SCH II controlled Substance
-Sell Methamphetamine(x2)
-Deliver Methamphetamine(x2)
-Possession with intent to Manufacture, Sell, and Deliver Methamphetamine(x2)
-Felony Possession of Methamphetamine(x2)
Stancill was transported to the Lenoir County Jail and received No bond due to being on Pretrial Release.
