Raleigh woman charged with DWI and cocaine possession
On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at approximately 6:30 am, A-Squad officers conducted a vehicle stop with Jennifer Hutchens (50 of Raleigh) for motor vehicle violations. During the traffic stop officers suspected Hutchens was impaired and conducted a DWI investigation. During the investigation officers observed drug paraphernalia and a open container of alcohol. Hutchens was ultimately arrested for DWI, Possession of Schedule II, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Hutchens was placed in the LC Jail under a secured bond.
