Lenoir County Farmer's Market update for April 27, 2024

The Lenoir County Farmer’s Market is located at 100 North Heritage Street. The market is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm.

Strawberry Day was so much fun,  and it's  going to be another great day at the farmers market! There will be lots of red, ripe and juicy strawberries, asparagus, turnip roots, mustard, squash, zucchini, tomatoes, red potatoes, jams, jellies, crafts, home accessories, farm fresh eggs,

Cherokee purple tomato plants, Sunflower plants, Roma tomato plants, zucchini plants, Cayenne pepper plants, cayenne blend pepper plants, summer squash plants,  jalapeño plants. bird feeders, concrete planters and other pieces, pork skins, fried peanuts, pork rinds. That's quite a variety, right ?
Please come down and enjoy the fruits of the season, the artistic creations of our vendors  and the camaraderie of friends and neighbors.

Last minute news...Jennifer Wilson, WREATH ME UP ,will join us on Saturday, bringing wreaths, floral arrangements, and cemetery bouquets. Please visit Jennifer and welcome her to our happy band!

  1. Jellies, crafts, home accessories, farm fresh eggs at the farmers market! AND to top off all of that , Bella Nikko  will be in the third section nearest the red building, as will representatives of the Lenoir County Master Gardeners, who will have a variety of plants for sale. More good news, Lockwood Farms will return to the market bringing fresh beef, pork and chicken. Try some farm raised, antibiotic and hormone free meat. You will be so glad you did.
