LCSO: Armed robbery on 258 South - Suspect has been apprehended
There has been an armed robbery at the Speedway at 1608 US Highway 258 S, Kinston.
The Lenoir County Sheriff's Office, the LCSO's Special Response Team and the Kinston Police Department tracked the suspect to 508 E New Bern Rd.
The agencies surrounded the location, deployed gas and a K-9. The suspect is in custody with no injuries to him or the LEOs. We will release his information shortly.
